Stan Lee is an American comic book writer, editor, publisher, producer, television personality, and actor. He chaired Marvel Studios, and created or co-created Spider-Man, the X-Men, the Hulk, Iron Man, the Fantastic Four, and many others.
His parents, Celia (Solomon) and Jacob/Jack A. Lieber, were Romanian Jewish immigrants. His brother, Larry Lieber, is also a comic book creator.
Stan’s paternal grandparents were Simon Lieber and Minnie Leibowitz.
Stan’s maternal grandparents were Zanfer/Samuel Solomon and Sophie Hoffman.
